cast spectorage, get some kills for energy
cast splinter storm
mass vitrify and pop with shattered lash (from outside to add the dmg to 2 too. but will nuke even from inside)

can infuse dispenser and run [Equilibrium] instead of [Spectrosiphon] if you prefer that
