Basically a simple statstick weapon to use. Rivens are super cheap.

This is targeted to being used on [Khora] , [Atlas] or [Gara]. The actual weapon itself and it's stats don't matter. But what does matter is the mods you can put on it. And a riven tends to help. So because I had one of these sitting around, and because rivens were cheap, this is the statstick. Condition overload doesn't work on whipclaw / shattered lash / landslide. We stack basically all the damage we can in order to maximize returns.
