• Crew 1 - Engineer: Repair 5/Endurance 5/Combat 3 Crucial to have someone fixing breaches. Can still fight borders, just prioritizes fixing
• Crew 2 - Pilot: Piloting 5/Gunnery 5/Endurance 3 Will be a gunner whenever I'm piloting so Gunner + Piloting 100%
• Crew 3 - Gunnery 5/Endurance 5/Repair 3 Turret controller and emergency support in removing Boarders
