This mod is why i love to use this build, it will make your Electric Shield and DISCHARGE cast faster.

Efficiency - WHY 170%?
[Fleeting Expertise] R3 (use R3 for more duration) + [Streamline] R5, DISCHARGE costs 30 energy only. You can keep spam all your ability if you use Energizing Dash (Zenurik)

Duration - WHY 115%?
You don't need it, just use the ability again.

DISCHARGE
This is your main skill to cast all the time, with 190% Range + 154% Strength so you can kill or crowd control.

Aura
You can use any aura but i prefer [Growing Power] with extra 25% Strength

Arcane [Guardian] + Arcane Grace
As you can see this build have no extra health or shield, these arcane are good to boost your survivability, if you have any danger just use DISCHARGE
