The Optimal Crescent Vulpaphyla
Currently, [Tek Assault] and [Martyr Symbiosis] are bugged. When both Activate, the Vulpaphyla permanently dies. Even dying and using a revive won't fix it. For now, don't slot one or the other. [Hunter Recovery] makes for a good mod to replace [Martyr Symbiosis]. You could also use the utility mod of your choice.
