High Power, Low Cost Hek: (73K BURST DAMAGE, 2 FORMA, 10K ENDO)

This build is focused on maximizing value - the most damage we can get for the lowest Endo and Platinum investment (sorry Shell Shock).
This will one shot most mobs in the normal star chart and has 2.1m punch through so we can clear out groups more easily. Designed specifically to go pair with my High Power, Low Cost Rhino build.
