This is the build I use for the [Catchmoon] Secondary.
I use Cascadia Empowered because, after some tests, I found out that I get more DPS with Cascadia Empowered(rank 0) than with Secondary Merciless(rank 4).
Be aware that the enemies will need to have viral and heat procs on them for Cascadia Empowered to trigger, though more status types are needed for [Galvanized Shot] to have maximum output.
