This is my test build heavily inpired by "Queen of Faries".

Reccommended Equipment

• Exalted: Dex Pixia Heat/Viral/Slash
• Exalted: Diwata Prime - Razorfly Buffer
• Secondary: Kitgun with Pax Bolt (30% Ability Strength for Razorwing duration + 30% Efficiency 4 seconds after each kill)
• Melee: Polearm with Boreal's Contempt
• Companion - Equipped with [Primed Animal Instinct]. Example: Helios - Synth Support

Build Features

• Low Energy Drain - Razorwing only drains 1.68 energy per second (minimum is 1.25).
• High Ability Strength - Can Consistently reach 300% power
• Arcanes that boost Dex Pixia Damage
• Decent Survivability - Aerodynamic and Aviator damage reduction, Razorming makes hitting you hard, and Tribute's buffs.
• Dispensary - Consistently activates [Energy Conversion], Helps offset Razorwings Energy Drain, replaces its own energy cost and acts as an easy way to keep [Razorwing Blitz] maxed out. Also offers some minor healing when you do start getting heavily injured.

Consideration: Swap [Primed Continuity] for Boreal's Hatred. Does cost an extra .12 energy per second but in exchange you get an extra 20% damage reduction. One minor issue is that does mean Dispensary produces 3 energy drops instead of 5, but that means it should pay for itself still and with the odds of a double drop should still keep your energy high.
