[Frost] only needs power strength to function well so that's all I've modded for. Recommend using zenurik alongside energizer to remove any energy problems this build might have. Chilling globe is in the flex slot because I like the effect but you can swap it with streamline/[Rage] for energy if your having trouble. [Freeze Force] combines with toxin on weapons to make viral and frees up a valuable mod slot for most weapons for you and your squad so I wouldn't swap it out. [Guardian] can be swapped with grace if you have it for more sustain but you would be loosing some health on your bubble and operator arcanes work fine anyway.
