[Mesa] Build with good ability strength, and good survivability.

Since energy drain is caped at a minimum of 3,75% and calculated with duration and efficiency there is more space for abillty strength compared to other builds.
Activation of peacemaker is at 10 instead of 6 but you gain more duration for youre shield.

Note: Eclipse gives a strength bonus in relation with the strength of light, i tested it on basicly all tile sets, on a vault [Hunt] you get in trouble finding a bright place but its managable. and its so much stronger then Rhinos roar, cause we aint playing arround.
