I borrowed some elements of this build from ninjase's build. Take a look if you're interested. I designed this one to be a little less microgamey and a little easier to use casually. Slightly lower damage cap but higher duration to make [Dread] Mirror and Gloom easier to maintain.

We run Gloom in place of Blood Altar as a way to keep [Garuda] more mobile in combat and allow her to have more flexibility in melee range while also providing utility with the slow from Gloom.

At max Molt Augmented stacks we get almost 2.5x ability strength, making bleeds from Seeking Talons super strong. We run Blending Talons to turn her ult into a quick-cast AoE, which synergizes well with Gloom as a way to quickly heal back any lost health from damage or Bloodletting.

[Dread] Mirror lasts for about 30 seconds at +55% duration, which makes it easy to maintain. We can also rebuild our shields instantly when casting Seeking [Talons] thanks to [Augur Secrets] and [Augur Reach].
