This gun is bad. But it's also neat.

You don't need Toxin because toxin is applied when you get the innate headshot buff, which gives you Viral.

Theoretically, this gun has pretty OK DPS if you can actually get all the buffs going at once. However, it's very impractical and more of a novelty than anything else.
