Ember Prime - the Immolant Warrior

Archon Shards

Azure Shard (+50 Energy Max)
Azure Shard (+5 Health/s Regenerated)

Overview

My go-to frame for all Warframe content.

[Ember] is a surprisingly powerful and versatile frame, outclassed only by other frames that have better specilization in their niches or flat out trivialize endgame content. She can be built for almost any playstyle and can hold up quite well against high-level enemies. The simplicity of her kit gives her a much more forgiving playstyle, especially in situations where abilities might get shut down by nullifying effects, as none of her abilities require any significant amount of coordination or build-up to [Reach] maximum effectiveness.

For me, I replaced [Ember]'s Fireball ability with [Nezha]'s Fire Walker, which synergizes quite well with the rest of her kit and provides some nice utility with a small sprint buff and status cleansing.

Stats

Duration - Less important on [Ember] than it would be on other frames, but provide a nice amount of comfort to her gameplay, especially against tanky enemies with regards to Inferno's burn duration. I personally invested into duration so I don't have to constantly recast Fire Walker every few seconds.

Efficiency - Degree of investment depends on playstyle. If you enjoy spamming her abilities, the efficiency is a must; otherwise, it can be sacrificed in favor of other stats.

Range - While more range certainly doesn't hurt, I personally find that [Ember] doesn't need much additional range since you are already moving around quite a lot during missions, and her base range is quite good.

Strength - 160% strength is the minimum amount to hit the cap on Immolation's damage reduction. Building into strength is worth it up to a certain point, as high-level enemies will no longer be one-shot and even Inferno's burn effect will still take quite some time to take out enemy health. At that point, both Fire Blast and Inferno become utility abilities to stun and reduce enemy armor to deal chip damage while your weapons take care of the rest. For this reason, Ember is outclassed by other frames in terms of raw power.

Mod Options

Growing Power - More weapon-centric combat can swap to any of the weapon amp mods.

Exothermic - A standard must-have on [Ember] for easy energy generation, although nowadays with so many ways to generate and sustain energy, it can feasably be replaced with something else.

Streamline - Can be swapped to any Augur mod of your choice or [Fleeting Expertise] to offset Blind Rage if you don't need duration; I prefer Streamline to enable ability spamming for Maximum Fun™.

Blind Rage - Can be substituted with Transient Fortitude and if you don't need duration.

Adaptation - Can be replaced with any other mod of your choice; I have it for Maximum Tank™..
