[Condition Overload]: +80% damage per status effect. This is NOT capped by the number of unique statuses i.e. with impact, puncture, slash statuses alone you get +240% damage per hit. Paired with a primer such as [Kuva Nukor] or [Epitaph], you can get up to 8 unique statuses for +640% damage per hit. Even without a primer we have about four innate statuses.
Galvanized Steel: boosts crit chance by 110% and crit damage by 120%
Weeping Wounds: +440% status chance at x12 combo.
Blood Rush: +440% critical chance at x12 combo
Primed Smite Grineer/Corrupted: multiplicative to base damage ([Condition Overload]) and triple dips procs spread via influence (1.55 x 1.55 x 1.55 = 3.72x). If you don't like faction mods or are fighting enemies without faction mod, you can just swap this for Galvanized Elementalist
Attack speed: Can be Quickening, Berserker Fury or Primed Fury, or even offload to Arcane Strike. Can drop for Galvanized Elementalist
[Primed Reach]: gives +3m range which allows you to hit over double the enemies on average, and is absolutely crucial in allowing better scaling of melee influence
Shocking Touch: adds electric to proc Melee Influence and boosts elec DoT by +90%
Discpline's merit: consistently gives tennokai every 4 hits, can also use Dreamer's Wrath
