Crack that whip! (Utility Venari)

This is the [Venari] I use for my [Khora] build, which is here: https://overframe.gg/build/30561/

[Venari] isn’t as important as [Khora] herself or the stat stick, but she can help. There are a couple of important things to keep in mind.

#1: [Animal Instinct] on [Venari] stacks with [Animal Instinct] on your other companion, and you want a lot of radar for whipping. Slot it on both.
#2: Fetch on Venari doesn’t necessarily stack with Fetch/Vacum on your other companion, but [Venari] can’t be permanently killed in a mission. It either provides redundancy or frees up a slot on your other companion.
#3: [Sense Danger] on [Venari] is separate from your other companion and has its own cooldown — and you still want lots of radar.
#4: [Venari] doesn’t have shields by default, but you could grant her shields with Link Shields if you felt so inclined. I don’t think it’s worth the cost given we don’t slot [Redirection] or [Vigor] on [Khora].
#5: [Hunter Recovery] will heal you when [Venari] does damage, and [Venari] does sort of a lot of damage fairly frequently. It’s a good idea to use it if you don’t use Magus Elevate and not a bad idea even if you do.
#6: [Pack Leader] does not work with Whipclaw. [Life Strike] and [Healing Return] on your melee weapon do, but that’s just trivia because you should never have those on your statstick.
#7: The damage [Venari] does with her Snare in her default (attack) mode is affected by both [Maul] and Ability Strength. It’s kind of a lot of damage, so it’s nice to have [Maul] maxed, but it won’t make or break your build if you don’t. [Venari]’s utility is more important.

You could save a Forma and slot anything else in place of [Bite], or apply more Forma and use a maxed [Bite]. Tailor the build based on what you have and how much you want to invest.
