This Build No longer works as of Hotfix 32.0.7 (2022-09-28)
Intro
When you have both [Xata]'s Whisper Proc Bullet attractor + Cold Elemental Ward active creates a weird effect where certain weapon types have their damage multiplied by Cold Ward's reflected damage multiplier. The assumption is that the game thinks the bullets are being redirected from the Bullet Attractor Bubble into your Elemental Ward, then reflected back at the enemy.
In the case of Cold Ward, It will convert 100% of Resulting Damage to Cold.
The weapon types this works with are Hitscan Weapons and Beams.
The Cold Ward Interaction can also be used w/ Mag's 2 - Magnetize (which counts as a bullet attractor effect) and [Xaku] (since [Xaku] has Xata's Whisper in their Kit), via Helminth Subsuming Elemental Ward onto them.

Build
Strength and Duration Maximized to Get a Massive Cold Ward [Reflect] multiplier, and a long ability duration.
Our Survivability comes from Shieldgating, via [Rolling Guard] and [Brief Respite].
[Vigorous Swap] is Flexible, but it's a free damage increase when faced against a target like a Demolisher where you have the opportunity to switch between weapons.
Arcane Energize is to relieve energy problems (since we are running very low efficiency).
Arcane Acceleration is flexible for whatever you'd like, recommended to switch based on weapon choice
