The way pellet based shotguns work is you need 100% status chance. Other positives that are good from best to good Damage, Multishot, Punch Through, Crit chance, Crit Damage, Slash, Electic or Toxic, and the negatives can be - Impact or puncture, Damage to infested. [Seeking Fury] could be replaced with Shotgun Spaz or [Blunderbuss] depending on taste.

This is a very high cost build but will tear level 160+ enemies to shreds.
