Gara Prime : General Use

Hi!

This build for [Gara] is a General build (I know it's in the name ^^). It allows to increase a little all the statistics except the range in order to be able to play Gara on any type of missions.

Let's talk about Gara's abilities:

1 - Shattered Lash:
[Gara]'s first power uses a piece of glass on a short press and a glass blade on a long press. It also allows you to destroy the wall created from the Mass Vitrify. When destroying the wall (by standing outside the wall), it increases the damage of Splinter Storm, the sum of the increase is determined by the slashing and piercing damage of your weapon, the damage mods (elemental and damage) as well as your power amount.

2 - Splinter Storm:
[Gara]'s second power is a glass cloud that deals damage to affected enemies and grants damage reduction to you and your affected allies. The maximum reduction is 90% and is reached at 129% power. As explained on the first power, if Splinter Storm is active when you destroy your wall with Shattered Lash while outside your wall, the damage will be added to the base amount of Splinter Storm which is at the bottom right of your screen. Also, casting Mass Vitrify while Splinter Storm is active will restart the duration of Splinter Storm. So you can infinitely stack Splinter Storm's damage.

3 - Spectrorage:
[Gara]'s third power is a carousel of glass mirrors that draws the attention of enemies inside the carousel. It deals a certain amount of damage based on your power as well as damage when the carousel is destroyed. Note that 50% of the carousel's damage is added to Splinter Storm's damage if the carousel is within Splinter Storm's range.

4 - Mass Vitrify:
[Gara]'s fourth and final power allows her to create a wall. The size of the wall can be controlled by a second press that stops the wall from expanding. Additionally the "survivability" of the wall is affected by the power, armor mods, and some of the max health and max shield of the vitrified enemies while the wall is expanding. As said earlier the Wall can be broken by Shattered Lash which increases the damage of Splinter Storm. Also, casting Mass Vitrify while Splinter Storm is active resets the duration of the latter power.

Now let's talk about the build itself:

[Rejuvenation] is there to give us some health [Regen] to the whole squad. Maybe changed to [Physique]

[Vitality] is there to increase our health pool.

[Spectrosiphon] is the augmentation of Spectrorage and allows to have 50% chance that an enemy killed in the area of Spectrorage drops an energy orb. It is the flex mod of the build, it allows a greater autonomy and also allows to generate energy for your allies

Duration: 179% allows you to have 40 sec on Splinter Storm which gives you a bit of leeway before you have to cast the 4 in emergency and also adds duration to Spectrorage so more possibility of energy orbs.

Efficiency : 75% allows a good use of powers without running out of energy

Range: I decided not to touch it because even if adding it would be interesting for Splinter Storm and Spectrorage, it would make Mass Vitrify's wall size management more complex.

Strength : 229% allows to increase all the powers, whether it's the damage of the first 3 or the "survival" of the 4th.
