[Fleeting Expertise] and Rank 2 [Streamline] for maximum Ability Efficiency while leaving room for other mods
[Natural Talent] and [Speed Drift] for maximum Casting Speed, the Sprint Speed is a bonus
[Overextended] and Rank 0 [Augur Reach] to fill the rest with the most amount of Ability Range.
If you want more Ability Range you can decide for yourself if you want to [Sacrifice] some Ability Efficiency or Casting Speed to put in higher rank [Augur Reach] and [Stretch]. Unfortunately we cannot be picky since we don't have much mod capacity
