If you want to use [Blaze] instead of [Scattering Inferno] for a bit more damage, then I recommend you use [Frigid Blast] instead of Primed Chiling Grasp to keep the status chance at 102%.

This build requires the base element to be Magnetic to give you a 4th unique element to boost Galv. Savvy.
