Updated for new recent mods & also my own knowledge of scaling. & Testing things trough warframe-damage.com which has more in depth mechanics calculated.

U can play the old setup but the new setup here will have double or triple the dps.
U can use the old build forma polaritys, just have to add 2 new ones since we are min maxing this.

U can play with [Primed Point Blank] in the Faction mod Slot for General Low steel path (its About 300k less dps than a Faction mod) But still strong.
U can replace Toxic Barrage if u get a nice Toxin Riven with Multishot & Crit dmg / Crit / Status (But Finding the Capacity to actually fit this will result in playing with a rank 0 Exilus)

Pretty Strong against all Factions.

Viral buffs the Radial Slashes & Works Great against Armor stripped Grineer & Even better against Infested & Orokin.
Forced Impacts off the Radial works great against Corpus & the Viral + Elec & slash will finish them off.

Since we lack Fire rate Mod u will get 0,5x More dps with [Gauss],[Volt],[Wisp] or any other Fire rate source.
We also get 4x 40% direct dmg scaling off Galvanized Aptitude & the rest from Primary Merciless or Primed Point Blank. (Primed Point Blank is strong before u reach 4-6+ arcane stacks)
So its good to get a consistent start & if u have downtime off killing things & Fight an acolyte where u cant really rely on sitting at alot of Merciless stacks all the time.

Picture Dps below is scaled with just the base weapon elements & can be Further Increased trough the power of [Galvanized Aptitude] if u add more elements Via Pet or Frame like [Saryn] :)
