Amusingly this build actually works best with a low progenitor bonus (as close to 25% as you can). The [Flux Rifle] is a status hose, and its primarily slash based damage means it can proc hundreds of slash procs in moments. Lower viral damage weights the proc chance more towards slash, as you don't need more than ten viral stacks.

[Critical Delay] increases slash proc damage while also improving ammo economy slightly due to showing the already massive fire rate of the [Flux Rifle]. If you would prefer the faster fire rate use [Point Strike] instead.

The site doesn't properly display the status increase from [Flux Overdrive] as it appears in game, but that mod is what makes this weapon.

Unfortunately this weapon still is a single target assault rifle, but it will cut down any target that doesn't have status caps or immunity.
