Hello there,
[Verdilac] is the signature whip of Archon Nira. Blocking Combo is replaced by a Tactical Combo that hurls energy waves dealing Toxin damage.
Let's start with some quick characteristics:
- This weapon deals primarily Slash damage.
- Slam Attack inflicts Electricity procs., and has the largest slam radius of any Whip weapon.
- Unique Block Combo performs up to three strikes, each hurling energy projectiles that inflict Toxin damage.
- The combo consists of a 400% damage strike, a 200% damage strike, and a 500% damage strike.
- Projectile damage is affected by these multipliers.
- Projectiles have a maximum range of 35 meters. Range reduces with each impact against enemy or terrain.
- Speed and distance traveled affected by Projectile Speed (Zephyr's Jet Stream).
- Projectiles have infinite Punch Through, but it has random exceptions, like Grineer doors and railings on Grineer Galleons. In these cases, the projectile will immediately explode instead of going through.
- Projectile innate Toxin will combine with elemental mods installed on the weapon.
- The player must be not moving forward, sliding, or in the process of slowing down from forward movement in order to utilize the projectile attack, otherwise they will do the forward block attack instead.
- Damage of the projectiles can be further increased by the Nira's Mod Set Bonus.
In this case, I created a build, that is focused on collecting combo and then use its "Special Tactical Combo" to hurls energy waves onto your enemies. Work best with abilities that group enemies in one place. Primed Smite Faction mod is flexible, use any Faction mod or simply put [Gladiator Might].
OK, but how this is Gas build if it shows only Heat? Remember when I said that projectile has innate Toxin damage and can combine with other elemental mods? Yes, this is why it says Gas! Pay attention, that normal attacks deals IPS and Heat damage.
