Generic Max DPS Regulators
This assumes Arcane Velocity on Mesa; a very important arcane.
For status-immune enemies like most Sentients, use 90% Electric & Toxin instead of the 6060 Viral mods.
Sadly [Galvanized Shot] isn't very good for [Mesa] because the +Damage is applied in a different spot in the damage calculation than other +Damage mods. Even fully stacked with 5 status procs (=+600% Damage) it was only about equal to [Hornet Strike] in my testing.
With external +Dmg buffs use PFaction mods or Anemic Agility instead of Hornet Strike.
