For some reason overframe wont adjust for [Deadly Maneuvers] conditionals
This is because [Deadly Maneuvers] adds multiplicatively to modded crit chance.

i modified this base build for less wind up, but below will be that build as well.
with this build you get 609% critical chance with DM. This is average of crit multiplier of 43.63x
which is 113,800 damage per hit

Replacing bullseye and crosshairs with primed gambit and [Galvanized Crosshairs],
this gun after wind up and dodging will be at 849.8% crit chance.
Which will put the crit multiplier at 57x damage with a 49.8% chance of it being 64x damage.
Making your average shot 156,500 damage
