This is a build meant to be used with [Harrow] hence the crit damage mod but with [Harrow], the gun when stacked up can 1 hit up to level 4k, and its crazy fun to use. if your going for a riven I would recommend crit damage multi and fire rate and slotting out [Vigilante Fervor]
