So, [Rift Torrent] + arcane pistoleer + arcane velocity + this build = what you ask?
As 0.4 base x (1 + 3.2 gal + 1.87 pr) = 242.8% crit chance
and 2 base x (1 + 1.1 pr + 0.5 x 3 passive) = 7.2 crit multiplier
so, 0.428 orange x (2 orange x 7.2 - 1) + 0.578 red x (3 red x 7.2 -1) = x17.642 damage from crits.
It has 1.8/2.8 corrosive with a 0.1 + 0.2 x 3 status chance and a fire rate of 5 x (1 + 0.6 lethal + 1.2 velocity) = 6.3 corrosive procs per second
Therefore 150 base damage x (1 + 1.8 corrosive) x 17.642 crit x (1 + 2.3 gal + .6 lethal) x 5 fire rate x (1 + 0.6 lethal + 1.2 velocity) = DPS
Or 180 base x 2.8 elemental x 17.642 crit x 3.9 multishot x 14 fire rate = 485479.6128 damage/second x (1 + 3.6 deadhead + [Rift Torrent]) or 2.23 million dps without [Rift Torrent]
It has no recoil, never reloads if either 100% ammo efficiency is up, and removes 80% armor in 1.27 seconds.
If you are feeling spicy, mark of the beast can bring it to 90.8% red crit chance and combo fury almost quadruples your fire rate (2/s) when ammo efficiency is down though merciless and ammo mutation would be needed.
Basically, if your aim is not atrocious like mine you will not have trouble killing anything in the game.
