Echoes of Zariman has introduced yet another crazy powerful arcane, Cascadia Flare. With this, every heat proc inflicted increases TOTAL damage output. This is even better for this pistol than Cascadia Empower since Cascadia Empower is based on proc rate rather than damage per hit. Since this is technically an explosive weapon, it has a fairly limited proc rate that caused the proc ticks for Cascadia Empower to be spread out among multiple enemies, rather than focused like a beam weapon such as the [Nukor]. With Flare, more emphasis is placed on its role as a crowd control weapon since overall damage output is the most determining thing for the effectiveness of an explosive weapon.
