Intricate [Caliban] build that uses [Growing Power] and [Energy Conversion] to [Reach] over 200% ability strength to maximise the armor and shield strip of Fusion Strike without sacrificing duration and efficiency from TF and BR. The build also has plenty of range and impressive duration that leaves a large, lingering 15 metre zone that completely strips armor and shields for over 30 seconds after Fusion Strike. Not sure if Breach Surge would be better than Roar or not.
