Conditionals:
Keep Aiming.
Always tries to kill with a head-shot.

[Vigilante Supplies] can be changed by [Sinister Reach] or [Rifle Ammo Mutation] (Primed version if you have it).
Arcane of your preference, this one stacks faster.
Using faction mods increases DPS by 30k, but it's situational.
