This build is all about his abilities, as they are essential for supporting other allies.

I put [Energy Siphon] for his abilities, so you can support allies to the fullest.

[Power Drift] is good for pretty much everything, so I put that on there.

Ok, so to amplify his abilities and support trait to the fullest, I put a mod that buffs his abilities, and an augment mod.

[Augur Accord] gives more shields, and since Penance doesn't have an augment, I put [Augur Accord] to give him more shields and make the

ability longer.

I put [Narrow Minded] for his Condemn, and put the augment on there, which buffs him and his allies.

[Augur Reach] for his Condemn and shields, and [Gladiator Resolve] for more Critical Chance, which his Thurible ability grants.

And [Primed Continuity] for Thurible, Condemn, and Covenant. [Lasting Covenant] for longer Critical Chance buff.
