[Caliban] is a support frame, not a damaging one.
His main goal is to heal tenno brothers with his shield [Regen] and to destroy enemy armor.

His ultimate needs just 200% of Power to be effective at armor stripping. Adding more Power just makes his Tau allies a bit more durable but they are still pretty weak under heavy fire.
