Subsume Evade over Thurible
The most comfortable [Harrow]. Very self explanatory. Essentially permanent uptime of invisibility from Evade, 200% flat crit on headshots (from Lasting Covenant) and fire rate/reload boost from Penance. You basically never need to cast abilities except the occasional condemn to lock down enemies for easy headshots to charge incarnon.
PLAYSTYLE
Activate 4 and absorb damage, while immortal, press 1 to gain shield and press 2 spend shield to gain buff, need to cast twice to max duration
Activate 3 Evade to turn invisible

MODS
[Archon Stretch] is optional and only used when paired with a companion that can proc electric eg [Diriga], Hounds, [Coolant Leak]. This gives a small source of passive energy [Regen]. A tiny bit of range also makes Condemn more usable again. If you don't plan on using Condemn ever, just swap [Archon Stretch] for [Constitution].
[Rolling Guard] helps clear nasty status procs that can tag you even while invisible, or helps keep you alive if Evade is suddenly on cooldown after being nullified or runs our early etc.
ARCANES
Arcane Crepuscular gives strength and flat crit dmg on invisibility
Molt Efficiency for more duration
Arcane Precision gives damage to pistols
Arcane Pistoleer for ammo efficiency if using a non-incarnon pistol
SHARDS
3 to 4 duration shards
1 or 2 corrosive stack shards optional for armor strip
Normal [Harrow] builds usually run cast speed shards so you might want to keep at least one
WEAPONS
Primary: [Scourge] for headshot attractor , [Vadarya Prime] can upkeep evade
Secondaries: [Dual Toxocyst], [Knell Prime], [Sicarus Prime] Incarnon, Coda Dual Torxica
