With the new buffs the 4 pulls in enemies so you do not need ensnare or airburst for grouping anymore, freeing up the helminth slot for anything you need. Breach surge is perfect as it provides good cc and great damage especially to unarmored and grouped up enemies. Recommended to pair with [Proboscis Cernos] modded with pure electric, since enemies are armor stripped.

Because of his consistent armor strip, you do not need to mod your weapons for slash anymore to bypass armor and can instead go for raw damage or non slash DOTs

Alternative Mods:

If you are not into shieldgating you can just swap rolling guard for umbral/normal [Vitality] (just make sure to use a lower ranked [Transient Fortitude] when umbral)

You can use [Power Drift] + [Augur Secrets] instead of r6 [Transient Fortitude] and [Primed Sure Footed].

[Streamline] can be replaced for more range.

[Primed Sure Footed] can be swapped for [Handspring].
