Relays heavily on Primary Merciless, as we ain't packing [Serration] nor G.Aptitude.

We are packing double heat and crit mods, this maximises our DoT.

Primed Cry Rounds, does nothing but lower our Ignites/sec.

A Bane mod + [Serration] could do more damage than moding for crit, thing is I don't like Bane mods.
So in that setting, the Bane mod is swapped for [Vital Sense], and with that, [Critical Delay] does more damage than [Serration], ergo this build.
