This build is focused on the [Primed Chamber] mod, which offers a multiplicative damage bonus on the first shot in the magazine, as well as the use of Toxin to ignore Corpus shields and instead hit their smaller health pool, a Bane mod helps to further push the damage numbers up enough to get reliable one-shot kills into long games.

Every headshot kill increases your critical chance and damage, which is further boosted by [Vital Sense], [Critical Delay] and [Bladed Rounds], with [Vigilante Supplies] also giving you a small chance to increase your Critical Tier, which amounts to near +100% base critical chance when it procs.
