This build is focused on the rarer [Primed Chamber] mod that gives you a multiplicative damage bonus on your first shot, it can be replaced with Charged Chamber instead for less damage, and requires the ability to land headshots semi-consistently to trigger Galvanised Scope and Primary DeadHead.
In theory, this build exceeds the 160k~ health an Elite Lancer would have at level cap (Lvl 9999), by utilising [Hunter Munitions] to ignore armour and reduce their maximum effective health via slash procs, and further amplifying health damage done by utilising Viral (Cold and Toxin) procs.
For higher burst DPS, you could replace [Hunter Munitions] with [Bladed Rounds] or [Serration], althrough you would not be ignoring armour, and would have to instead deal with the actual maximum effective health (sitting at nearly 11 million).
