As of Update 30.9 (Nov 2021), antimatter drop scales with power strength and is affected by eclipse, [Vigorous Swap] and theorem demulcent.

If you run theorem demulcent, you will need residual arcanes on your kitguns. Run both a primary and secondary kitgun with residual shock and viremia to combine elements and force antimatter drop to have a corrosive element, or just electric/toxin individually which performs better than the default radiation element.
