Launch a glaive that ricochets off surfaces in bursts of elemental damage, then perforate enemies with primary fire’s precision buck-shot. Damage increases with each Status Effect afflicting a target. Lavos will transmute a small portion of any ammo pickup to Primary Ammo when wielding his signature Cedo.

Mazinger-Z's Cedo : the gentleperson guide to Hunter Munitions.

The [Cedo] has a way too low status chance on its primary fire mod, there is no need to waste tons of SC mods on it.

The way the [Cedo] works is firing the [Glaive] and taking it back by spamming the alt fire button. Contrary to its primary fire mode, the alt fire applies status effects due to its base 50% status chance.

About this build :

  • The main source of damage is from Hunter Munitions.
  • Can be used and is viable without the alt fire mode.
  • Alt fire (glaive) can still proc a sufficient amount of viral effects and will basically allow the Cedo to melt anything.
  • Use the correct faction mod.
  • I recommend using Arcane Tempo.
  • Primary Merciless is the best option.
  • Primed Ammo Mutation is mandatory due to the very small magazine and high fire rate (very rapid ammo consumption).
