I'm tired of seeing all these builds that are meant for level cap (level 9999). Not everyone wants to go all the way to lvl 9999, not everyone wants to rely solely on slash procs, and not everyone wants to have to worry about switching faction mods on every damn mission.

Sometimes people just want to throw a [Glaive] at a horde of enemies and just see them all blow up with no one left standing. This build will do just that. Is it the absolute strongest build for this weapon? I don't fucking know; but probably. It can surely handle high lvl enemies and can get the job done, though.
