This is a [Vulcan Blitz] Finisher focused build. It pairs well with any ability that scales with [Vulcan Blitz], like [Saryn]'s Toxic Lash.
External sources of attack speed make [Primed Fury] a far weaker mod. Replace it if necessary.
Power Spike from the Naramon Focus School or other sources of combo duration may be necessary to take this build to its full potential.
