[Crossing Snakes] neutral combo

This build isn't meant to be used, my goal was to simply record what I believe is optimal for killing lvl cap Grineer assuming max combo.

I accept build suggestions, but those suggestions musn't be based on Overframe's flawed dps calculator.

[Prisma Dual Cleavers] is unique in the fact that with a groll, it's close to even with a rivenless [Kronen], yet the lack of range makes it suboptimal unfortunately.
