Regulators Prime - Anemic Agility Is Bad If You Have Maxed Arcane Velocity Use Something Else

While the damage with three elementals versus with two elementals and Anemic Agility may appear to be worse, it fails to consider that you should be already using Arcane Velocity - which gives you a straight up 120% fire rate boost, which causes an elemental mod to outclass Anemic Agility in DPS very slightly.

If you're using Furax Wraith - It's Free Pistol Fire Rate on top of Arcane Velocity, swapping Anemic Agility for an elemental mod will much more significantly increase your overall DPS.
