This weapon is considered by many to be a overall weak weapon. And burst fire rifles in general, are not considered very good. This is my best attempt at creating a genuinely good build for the [Dex Sybaris], which I believe to be one of the best Burst Fire Rifles due to it's innately high Crit Chance and Slash Damage. Still, I don't expect this weapon will ever be more than a tier 2 weapon, even with a build like this.

To start off with, Damage Mods. Here we have [Galvanized Chamber] and [Amalgam Serration]. Not much to talk about here, just replace A. [Serration] with regular [Serration] if you would like.

Elemental Mods. [Malignant Force] and [Primed Cryo Rounds]. We're trying to pack as much damage into each bullet as possible, however we just can't afford to run [Infected Clip] here, so we run [Malignant Force]. Viral as usual for a crit build.

Crit setup, [Critical Delay], downside of which is countered by [Primed Shred], which also gives us punchthrough. [Vital Sense] and [Hunter Munitions] to finish this out.

It's a crit weapon, it eats ammo fairly fast, [Vigilante Supplies] is our Exilus mod. We're already getting 100% Crit chance on this rifle, so it's use here is undeniable.

Arcane is primary Merciless although Primary Deadhead works just as well if you want to aim for headshots. Use what you like.

Riven Stats to look for:
1. Crit Chance / Crit Damage
2. Cold / Viral or Heat with one of the the above.
3. Multishot.

1. -zoom
2. - Impact
3. -status Chance / Duration
