New Player (with Beginner Mods) Status [Seer] Build
This build is opposite of the other two I have written, in the fact that it assumes that you have no access to the more advanced mods that would be more useful. This only uses four forma and 24,600 Endo, which is relatively low.
The hardest mods to obtain would be [Barrel Diffusion], [Lethal Torrent], and [Stunning Speed]. [Lethal Torrent] and [Stunning Speed] are both Nightmare mods, and are dropped from Nightmare missions. [Barrel Diffusion] is a gold mod that is easiest to obtain from Dark Sector Defense missions (Coba, Earth is the easiest).
This build also [Hawk Eye], [Suppress], and [Pistol Ammo Mutation]. [Hawk Eye] allows for longer distance kills. [Suppress] allows for more stealth kills. [Pistol Ammo Mutation] allows for more ammo consumption.
