Hello there! First build to that cool weapon that is the [Twin Vipers Wraith]!
This build is all about heat procs and critical while making the weapon actually "usable'.
Take your first headshot kill to unleash the beast!

The innate rate of fire will make the actual gap on stats less problematic (3.3 multishot >w<)
This weapon is BAD at reloads and you WILL be reloading A LOT, so [Quickdraw] is NECESSARY.
If you dont want to use ammo mutation you can still use a [Carrier] with ammo conversion or a double loot frame. And if you need more help with precision you can supress recoil with steady hands, it will make it more controlable on aimed shots!

For riven i would recommend:
+multishot
+reload speed
+crit damage
-zoom / projectile speed
Replace [Quickdraw] with this =)
HAVING THAT RIVEN WOULD BE A GODROLL PUSHING THE WEAPON TO DOUBLE THAT AMOUNT OF DAMAGES WHILE MAKING IT USABLE
