The most versatile weapon I could find for [Vauban].

This thing is a beast.

I wanted to keep a fire mode with a huge blast radius to erase large clusters of enemies when deploying a vortex, but also having a convenient pew-pew that would not cause accidental self-stagger.

About this build :

• This is a direct-damage oriented weapon.
• This build takes profit from the viral status effect, but you can replace Primed Cryo Rounds with Thermite Rounds or High Voltage for gas or corrosive alternatives.
• The high multishot value helps to brute-force the viral effect on enemies.
• Increasing the status chance by using [Rime Rounds] is less efficient than using [Primed Cryo Rounds] : you will never be able to stack 10 viral procs in any case and will only stack 2 to 5 viral effects (mostly because of the fire rate), so the difference between these two possibilities is in favor of Primed Cryo Rounds due to the far superior total base damage.
• Vile Acceleration is here to give more comfort when using the secondary fire mode.
• Primary Merciless seems to be the best choice as it allows the damage output to take off after the first kill. Reload speed and ammo max bonuses are the most useful since you will spam the secondary fire.

The balance between the initial and maximum damage output can be adjusted :

• You can replace Galvanized Scope with Primed Firestorm for cleaning up missions with low level enemies faster by increasing the blast radius.
• You can replace Galvanized Scope with faction mods, the base damage will be higher however the maximum damage output will be substantially lower.
• You can also replace [Serration] with faction mods, the base damage will be lower but the maximum damage output will be significantly higher.

About Galvanized Scope :

• As the radial attack from the charged shot deals damage to the head, [Galvanized Scope] is easy to use and maintain by only spamming the secondary fire mode near packed mobs while zooming.
