THE TRUE VIRAL-SLASH [Kronen Prime] BUILD

This build is focused on increasing the DOT damage of BLEED caused by slash procs.

The first question that is commonly asked is, why R0 [Vicious Frost] and R2 [Virulent Scourge]?

This is to balance out the Viral and the Slash weight. Viral mods need to be at a lower rank so that slash will proc 50% of the time than viral. For comparison of weight distribution, here is a simple explanation:

R0 Cold - R0 Toxin = 61.54% slash, 23.08% viral
R0 Cold - R1 Toxin = 55.17 slash, 31.03% viral
R0 Cold - R2 Toxin = 50% slash, 37.5% viral
R0 Cold - R3 Toxin = 45.71% slash, 42.86% viral

Why would you choose R0 Cold - R2 Toxin, instead of R0 Cold - R0 Toxin? Isn't your goal is to proc slash more?

I chose R0 Cold - R2 Toxin because it yields 50% slash, 37.5% viral. Multiple slash proc doesn't yield increased bleed damage, but multiple viral procs yield increased incoming damage to health.

Meaning, we MUST keep slash at 50% proc chance above all, and have a decent viral proc chance so that we don't end up with a bunch of slash procs with little viral procs.

In this way, we have a hefty amount of slash procs, and we can keep up with the damage with a decent viral proc chance.
