This build focuses on staying in Hysteria form to be invulnerable to all damage, killing enemies with Valkyr's exalted talons and using a combination of priming and armor strip to improve the damage and scaling of talons.
Duration doesn't really matter here since channelling cost of hysteria can be minimised with maximum efficiency, warcry can be extended infinitely with eternal war as long as you get melee/talons kills and both pillage/fireblast work fine with low duration.
We need to hit 190% efficiency with max ranked streamline and efficiency in order to hit the 25% channelling cap with negative duration. This allows you to stay permanently in hysteria without running out of energy.
Neutral range gives fireblast a base range of 25m and pillage a starting range of 8m, which expands to about 36m. Casting warcry initially also slows enemies in 25m and paralysis stuns enemies in 10m for extra crowd control if you need.
Running transient fortitude, umbral intensify and energy conversion hits 249% max strength. This boosts pillage strip to 62%, warcry's attack speed boost to 125% and hysteria's base damage by 2.49x. Note that we run energy conversion since both warcry and hysteria just need to be cast once to value lock the boosted strength after you collect an energy orb, and they can be sustained indefinitely without recasting, unless you get nullified.
The two best helminth options for armor strip/reduction are subsuming Pillage or Fireblast over either Ripline or Paralysis. Pillage requires high strength investment (350% str) to match the strip from fireblast (75% strip above 100% str and another 50% from heat proc giving total of 87.5% strip). Pillage however provides shield regeneration and can also strip shields while fireblast provides AOE knockdown and an extra heat status for condition overload. Either option is good.
This is entirely your preference and whether you want to spend aura forma or not.
- Steel charge is good for saving mod capacity/forma and provides a small boost to talons damage.
- Swift momentum is great for maintaining combo duration
- Growing power also slightly boosts talons damage and warcry speed boost
- Enemy radar to improve positioning
Primed sure footed is ideal, but handspring is an alternative.
Preparation is also good so you start off with full energy
Energize - to maintain energy to stay in hysteria
Fury - boosts melee damage after crits, with will be super common

Valkyr also needs a pseudo 'stat-stick' to carry gladiator mods to further boost crit chance.
You can use ANY melee weapon you like as long as you put the three available gladiator mods on - Gladiator Vice, Gladiator Rush and Gladiator Might.
You will NOT be using this melee to attack or build combo, since Valkyr talons cannot share the combo counter with your melee (it reduces to zero upon deactivation).
A primary primer like cedo or secondary primer such as kuva nukor andepitaph are great for providing an outside source of status effects to boost condition overload on Talons. Note, if you use fireblast, you will have a free heat proc, so you can switch the heat element on nukor/epitaph for electric instead. You can then end up with between 5 to 9 elements affecting enemies, meaning talons damage can be boosted by between 400 to 720%. Here are two primer builds:

- Use zenurik energizing dash or energy pads to get energy near max
- Activate hysteria
- Use fireblast or pillage to strip armor
- Switch to primer (using switch weapon button or aim button) to prime enemies
- Switch back to melee (with quick melee button) and kill enemies
