You don't need more than 119% strength with [Mesa] as her Shatter Shield (3) is capped at 95%. We have 130% here because if all your all mods are maxed it is as close as you can get (while staying greater than 119%) and still have a viable build. It does impact her Peacemaker (4) but it is laughable, nothing a good Regulator build could not overcome.

The trick is to balance her duration with her efficiency in order to minimize her Peacemaker's (4) drain. That's why the [Constitution] is here. The duration is also useful to keep up her Shatter Shield (3) which you should always refresh.

On high level mission you will rely on her Shooting Gallery's (2) stagger which depends on the range. It allows to increase survivability for the entire team. The damage [Reflection] of her Shatter Shield (3) is a joke at those levels so that is not the reason of that range. Picking [Augur Reach] over the standard [Stretch] because of the set bonus is not viable because of the high efficiency of the build.

[Corrosive Projection] is still the best but you also can go for [Energy Siphon] (reduce the drain) for low level missions. [Pistol Amp] (and all the AMP Aura) is not a good choice as it drops up to 6.25% effectiveness because of the fact that it is additive.

Arcane Awakening can enhance her Peacemaker (4) if it is proc before (16sec duration). Needs a little bit of setup and can be replaced by Arcane Energize or your preferred one. If you want to be safe pick an Arcane Aegis, works great with her Shatter Shield (3).
And Arcane Velocity is mandatory.

If you don't have the Primed mods you can replace them with the normal equivalent (it will need 1 Forma for the [Corrosive Projection]).
